Our all-inclusive day to day Property Management rate is 7.7% including GST, means that you always know what you are paying with NO HIDDEN FEES, EVER! And you get ALL services in this fee. Comprehensive quarterly routines & reports, arrears management, statements, EOFY reports, maintenance management, correspondence, sundries/postage & petties, QCAT appearances and so much more.

We charge a one-time Let Fee for new tenancies and this is the equivalent to 1 weeks rent plus GST. Included in this fee you receive professional photography, a floor plan, advertising on realestate.com.au, signage & private viewings as available.

You are paying for a service, and you should receive this service in the fee you pay. Not pay extras.
