As such we are also not restricted by head office politics deciding what we can and cannot do, allowing us to focus on what is best for you, our client.

Propery Management

At realT properties we believe in supplying our clients with a great low rate management fee that allows more money in the bank whilst never compromising the level of service we offer. Our all-inclusive day to day Property Management rate is 7.7% including GST, means that you always know what you are paying with NO HIDDEN FEES, EVER! And you get ALL services in this fee. Comprehensive quarterly routines & reports, arrears management, statements, EOFY reports, maintenance management, correspondence, sundries/postage & petties, QCAT appearances and so much more.

We charge a one-time Let Fee for new tenancies and this is the equivalent to 1 weeks rent plus GST. Included in this fee you receive professional photography, a floor plan, advertising on realestate.com.au, signage & private viewings as available.

You are paying for a service, and you should receive this service in the fee you pay. Not pay extras.
